Honey Lavender White Chocolate Truffles π―π
Ingredients:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
1/2 cup crushed nuts (like almonds or pistachios)
Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Start by heating the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. You want it to be warm but not boiling.
2. Once the cream is warm, add the honey and dried lavender flowers. Stir gently and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. This will infuse the cream with a lovely lavender flavor.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the warm cream mixture over the white chocolate chips in a bowl. Let it sit for a minute to melt the chocolate.
4. After a minute, stir the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy. If it’s not melting well, you can microwave it in short bursts, stirring in between.
5. Once the chocolate is melted and mixed well, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for about 2 hours, or until it’s firm enough to scoop.
6. When the mixture is ready, use a small scoop or your hands to form little balls. Roll them gently to make them nice and round.
7. Finally, roll the truffles in crushed nuts for a delightful crunch. Place them on a plate and let them chill in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
Your delightful honey lavender white chocolate truffles are ready to enjoy! Perfect for sharing or treating yourself!
